After the lecture it still was a little unclear to me what exactly was intended with this competency. But after finishing the assignment it became a little clearer. I did find it interesting to find out that keeping in mind different shapes and colors is important when you are planning on bringing your design on the market in different countries and cultures. The involving of different human needs into our concept was really useful not only to get familiar with the competency but also to get new ideas and to look at our concept from a different point of view. I find it really interesting to get to know more about the different ways to involve the human needs in a design.
