"Teamwork requires that you learn to support and motivate the group members to perform at its best." 

 

This is a sentence from the Industrial Design study guide, which I agree with completely. The teamwork in my Smart Moves project went very well, we worked together on almost everything and divided the work equally. If there was a decision to make we always deliberate with each other what the best option would be. 

 

However I think we did choose for easy ways some times, the persons who already were good in something did there thing, which saved us time. But in the future I think it is better that those individuals teach their skills to the rest, instead of doing the task themselves.
